1. Download and print the above Registration and Release forms.
2. Fill out the King Mountain Registration and Idaho HGA Release forms.
3. Send the completed forms together with your payment
   (a check made out to IHGA - Idaho Hang Gliding Association) to:

How to Download and Print your Contest Forms

1. CLICK: Select the documents choice to open the document in Adobe Reader.
2. PRINT: Once the file is open, select File from the top menu bar, then PRINT from the menu.
3. SAVE: To save to your PC, select File from the top menu bar, then SAVE AS from the menu.
4. COMPLETE & MAIL: Complete and mail the forms, with your payment, to Lisa.
